Scare Flair Records offers returns/replacements within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Scare Flair Records will not refund after that date for any reason whatsoever. To start a return, please use the "CONTACT US" button on the top of the main page and please include an order number and information. 

 A few items about your refund: 

  • The item must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resale. 

  • The item must match what was ordered from our website - including size, variant, color, and original shape. 

  • All vinyl, cassettes, and compact discs must be unopened and still in their original factory sealed plastic wrap. 

  • Items purchased from a third-party seller are not eligible for exchanges and replacements.  

  • Scare Flair Records does not pay return shipping on returned items. 

Scare Flair Records will allow order cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. Any requests for order cancellations after 24 hours will be denied or up to our discretion.

We do try to inspect every item before it is packed and shipped for the best possible quality that we can offer, as well as only ordering from reputable companies. In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item from us please use the "CONTACT US" button on the top of the main page, include an order number, and description of the issue. We will ask for video or pictures in our response email. 

*** Note that all items shipped USPS Media Mail are NOT eligible for exchanges or replacements for cosmetic damage sustained in transit such as dented corners, seam splits, etc. Feel free to upgrade your shipping service. Media Mail has become unreliable with handling issues by the USPS, as well as being their cheapest option.***

In cases of exchanges for physical defects in the original product, we will send the replacement piece(s) once we have received photos or videos of the defects. There will not be a shipping charge for this exchange. All exchanges are based on current in-stock and courtesy.

Please note that not all imperfections are considered defects and are looked at on a case-by-case basis. 


Due to the shipping cost, we do not replace jackets with cosmetic imperfections for customers outside of the USA. We will look at each product on a case-by-case basis and do our best for customer service purposes to make a determination. We will take records out of the jackets for international orders upon request.


We collect and store your personal information strictly to process orders you make on scareflair.com only. We do not (and will never) sell, lend, give away, or otherwise distribute your personal information to anyone. 


Scare Flair Records does not store any sensitive card holder information. When you place an order with us, your information is encrypted using strong encryption and directly and securely transmitted to our card processor. Our card processor is a leader in secure payment processing, and is fully compliant with all industry standards, including PCI compliance. On subsequent orders, or in the case of subscriptions, they use the stored information to process the charge, and let us know payment has been made. Scare Flair Records staff doesn’t have access to any sensitive card holder data at any time during an electronic purchase. 


All items sold are sold “As is” and without warranty of any kind. Scare Flair Records disclaims any warranty whether implied or implicit. 


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scare Flair Records, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the website, including but not limited to out of your violation this or any other agreement. 


We will never sell, lend, or giveaway any of your information that has been given to us from you. Our mailing list is used to update our customers about news, sales, offers, and information about our brand. We do not send out spam emails. If you are receiving our emails, it is because you signed up for them while visiting our website or clicked a box during our checkout process. 


Scare Flair Records reserves the right to modify or change any policy or agreement at a future date as needed. It is the customer’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes, and your continued use of this site constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and any changes. Any new items or services that we may offer in the future are also covered under the terms and conditions of this agreement. Changes will be posted exclusively to this page.

Scare Flair Records, scareflair.com, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with scareflair.com, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Scare Flair Records or our licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Scare Flair Records or third-party trademarks. 


We will occasionally include free items will orders such as stickers, coasters, postcards, digital codes, art prints, and other items. These items are randomly inserted and are not guaranteed to any customer or in every order. They are strictly given randomly and as in-stock allows on such items. 


All items within an order will be shipped within one package when all items are actually in hand and ready to ship. If you order 3 items and 1 is a pre-order, that order will not ship until the pre-order is actually in hand and ready to ship. If you need an item sooner please make two orders.


We offer seam split insurance as a purchase option for .25 cents in our vinyl section. We will no longer replace jackets with seam splits unless this option is purchased.
