PRE-ORDERS

Scare Flair Records will post tentative dates on all listings for items if they are declared as a pre-order item. These items will also include a disclaimer that the date may change depending certain conditions. Scare Flair reserves the right to change these dates as needed based on production times.

IN STOCK ITEMS

Scare Flair Records will ship all orders, depending on in stock and pre-order status, within 14 days of purchase. 

SHIPPING

Scare Flair Records uses USPS Media Mail for all orders within the USA. You will receive order confirmation, fulfillment, and tracking information directly to the email that you used at checkout or with the scareflair.com sign-in. Scare Flair Records reserves the right to choose which shipping agent is required and used, as well as the prices set at checkout based on current market cost.

LICESENSING TERRITORIES

Scare Flair Records works with many companies around the world when securing licenses. Some releases, due to the current contract with the license holder, can only be sold within certain territories in the world. If an item is limited to a certain territory a warning will be added to bottom of the listing in red. Scare Flair Records reserves the right to limit where in the world itmes are shipped based on contractual obligations.
